If you've checked out our Homepage, Flat Rate page, or Legal Conferencing page, you'll be greeted by our new video spokesperson, Jacqui. Jacqui does a great job of explaining the benefits of our phone conference call services. The technology to add a spokesperson to the site is pretty amazing, though we admit we don't completely understand it (we'll leave that to our expert web designers!) But Jacqui does add a face and human dimension to our site that we hope will enable visitors to appreciate the level of enthusiasm we have in serving our customers. So a big thank you to Jacqui and our web designers for a job well done -- and thank you all for making our business so enjoyable!

We don't sell conference phones. We sell conference services and conference bridges. However, some companies spend a lot of money on conference phones, specifically high end conference telephones that include such features as a speaker phone that enables a number of people to sit around a large conference table and participate in a phone call. Everyone can hear and everyone can speak in a normal tone with a 360 degree microphone that has a very high sensitivity. It also includes technology called DNR (Dynamic Noise Reduction) that reduces background noise and other distractions. These phones are made by a variety of companies, including such well known companies as Polycom, ClearOne, Plantronics, and Bogen. These phones can be valuable tools for a quality conference, especially when you want several people in a conference room at a time. But it's important to remember that the best conference phone hardware means nothing unless you are being connected by the best conference phone service. If you have a bad connection, inferior bridging, conference bleeding (that's when you start to hear people on other conferences on your call) or just plain static, it's time to get a new phone conference call service. We're here for you and you can give us a try anytime. Let us show you how we can put your conference speaker phones to good use!

Everyone has heard of 3-way calls. The feature is generally included in your regular phone or cell package. And it's very easy to do. But when you start talking about a 4-way call, 5-way call, 6-way call or 7 way calls, then things start to get a little tricky, especially if you are business trying to provide a professional presentation. Daisy chaining folks into a call can be risky when one of the parties might accidentally drop from the call, taking other folks down too. The quality also deteriorates quickly

You can imagine we get all sorts of calls coming in here. More of often than not, we get calls from administrative assistants who are setting up conferences for their bosses. They go online and try to find a phone conference call service and end up calling us. Most of the time, conversations go very well and we answer all the questions and explain to folks how things work. But at times, you'll get an inquiry from someone who is rushed and, dare we say, a little confused. Here's an example: One woman called, and looking at the all ads on Google, noticed that you could make toll free conference calls for 3.9¢ per minute. We said that's true. But she wanted professional operator assistance to call out to Africa. We tried to explain that would cost much more because it was an international call and that she wanted an operator to dial it for her. Well, she thought we were selling her a bill of goods and said she would continue her research and hung up on us. At the point, we started placing bets around the office as to how long it would take her to call us back. We knew darn well that 95% of the conference call companies out there don't even provide operator assisted conference calls, but it happens to be one of our specialties. The next day when she called back we recognized her voice and we just couldn't help asking, "Did you do your research?" She had, and was ready to sign up for the service. We can't imagine how many hours she spent trying to find a phone conference call service that offered international operator assistance, let alone for 3.9¢ per minute! The story has a happy ending -- they had their international conference call and it was successful. Moreover, we don't think they'll be hanging up on us anytime soon.
