Step 1

Works just like your cell phone plan. Pay one flat monthly rate for the number of toll free minutes you choose. Your conference call accommodate up to 100 people.

At no extra charge. you service will include music on hold, beeps when participants leave and enter the conference, and auto hang up (conference is disconnected when the moderator hangs up) You also get free recording capabilities. You can also change these preferences later.
Step 2
Read the Agreement:

1. I understand that my account will be pre-paid on a monthly basis and will be charged on my monthly anniversary date. I agree to pay for all minutes used in excess of the allotted plan minutes I have selected, and that all additional minutes will be billed at 9 cents minute. Calls from Canada will be billed to my account an extra 4 cents per min./per person from Canada, over the regular plan I've selected. I understand that I cannot downsize my plan once it is in place during the current monthly billing cycle.

2. If I wish to cancel my account, I will inform A+ Conferencing in writing by email to (reservations(at)nwpros.com) at least one week prior to my monthly anniversary date. Refunds are not issued if the cancellation is not done prior to the anniversary date.

3. I authorize A+ to charge the following credit card for the conference services I have chosen. I understand that A+ will charge a 4% service fee and services are charged in U.S. dollars.

4. If I default, I understand my account will be put on a hold status until payments are made to restore my account.

5. I am also responsible for all usage of my pin codes, and will keep the codes confidential to prevent any unauthorized usage. If I do suspect any unauthorized usage, I will report it to Customer Service immediately at 888-239-3969

Fill out your Customer information
Please enter the date in the form of a 2 digit month followed by a 2 digit year. E.g. 12/15, 05/12 or 06/23
(It's best to overestimate the number of lines you will need. For example, if you think you'll have 10 people calling in, then put 15 to be on the safe side. You are only charged for what you use, so overestimating will not cost any extra.)
